Shipping Policy

Due to the large number of orders during the clearance sale and the high value of the goods, we need to pack the orders carefully. We strive to ship most orders within 3 to 5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 days.

You will receive a tracking number within 2 to 3 business days. Before shipping your package you will also receive a notification email including a picture of the ordered product.

 

Nordstrom is open Monday to Saturday 10AM to 9PM. Pacific Time. If you place your order on a weekend, holiday, or outside of our normal business hours, the item will be ready for shipment within the next 3-5 business days.

Nordstrom will endeavor to accommodate special shipping requests, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand our shipping procedures.

If you place an expedited shipping order before 11:00 AM (Pacific Time), your order will ship the same day; after 11:00 AM (Pacific Time), your order will ship the next business day.

We review, verify and approve every order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you, so please provide a phone number for billing and shipping.

Please note that we may occasionally experience shipping delays.

Saturday and weekend

Saturday delivery is not included in USPS’s standard pricing. If you would like to request Saturday delivery, please call us and additional USPS Saturday delivery charges will be added to your shipping charges (if any).

For weekend shipping on expedited shipping orders, 2-day orders shipped on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (the next business day).

While delivery may be scheduled for a specified arrival time, we cannot guarantee delivery at any specific time. Delays may be due to weather or mechanical problems, Nordstrom cannot refund shipping charges for such delays as they are beyond our control.

How to track items:

After we ship your order by standard shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number and tracking link within 48 hours.

Warning: Please do not use your PO Box/APO/FPO as your received shipping address.
